What an incredible background for Sam! Out of all the raised on his own stories I've read, this has to be the most unique premise—and very logical! And his dream world, of a perfect, perfectly ordinary life with Dean—that broke my heart! I fully expected when he met Dean, that Dean had had some sort of great life—but no, they're Winchesters.
You pretty much broke my heart over and over in this story. And they way you wrote Sam was wonderful, poor guy—had the deck stacked against him from the minute he hit the planet.
The ending was perfect—but omgosh, I'm hoping hard you'll do a sequel. They need some fixing—plus, I just really love the way you write them.
